Sonus Aurorae — Sounds of Dawn

Sonus Aurorae, meaning “Sounds of Dawn,” is a 16-track Slovak summer album by DM Sonus. The title represents a new dawn — the moment when darkness gives way to light, bringing with it a sense of renewal, possibility, and a new beginning.

The album moves through stories of summer, love, memories, desire, relationships, reflection, and returning to oneself. Some songs look back at moments that shaped us, while others celebrate life in the present and the feeling of moving forward.

Musically, Sonus Aurorae does not belong to a single genre. Across its 16 original songs, the album blends modern pop, electronic and dance influences, atmospheric sounds, acoustic elements, and touches of rock, allowing each song to develop its own character while remaining part of the same musical journey.

At its heart, Sonus Aurorae is a Slovak album about life in motion — remembering where we came from while looking toward what comes next.
